Sendai City is located in Miyagi Prefecture, accessible from Tokyo in as little as 90 minutes by bullet train, and in 17 minutes from Sendai Airport to Sendai Station by the Sendai Airport Access Line.

Matsushima is known as one of the “Three Most Scenic Spots of Japan,” along with Miyajima in Hiroshima and Amanohashidate in Kyoto. Visitors usually admire the beautiful scenery consisting of islands and the sea on a sightseeing boat, but there is another unique way to enjoy the view.
The scenery of picturesque Matsuhima taken in from upon the sea is truly stunning. The famous spot “Umanose (meaning horseback in Japanese) in Rifu” is completely different from the scenery you usually see.
The waters of Matsushima Bay are very calm, making it a perfect place to do Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) amongst the clusters of pine-clad islets. Participants experienced in SUP are able to enjoy it there all year round, whereas beginners can try SUP from April to November. Since the instructor will teach you properly, even beginners can have an enjoyable time.

Move your body by cycling, and energize your body and soul!
The plan consists of riding an e-bike through the eastern part of Sendai City. The area was damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, but now new facilities have been established, including JR Fruit Park Sendai Arahama and AQUAIGNIS SENDAI. This is a half-day tour of visiting these facilities and the elementary school that became the remains of the earthquake. Optionally, we will take you to a vegetable-rich lunch.

Island Tour and Wakame Seaweed Harvesting in Matsushima Using Locally Famous Fisherman’s Boat
This is a sightseeing tour of Matsushima that takes a route which regular sightseeing boats do not travel. After touring the islands on a fishing boat owned by a locally famous fisherman, visitors can try their hand at wakame seaweed harvesting and drive fishing. The content of the experience varies depending on the season, so please contact us with inquiries. After the experience, you can have lunch with the fish you caught and other items.

We enjoyed harvesting fresh wakame seaweed and an optional drive fishing experience.
After catching fish and harvesting wakame seaweed, we cooked and ate everything on a private raft.
We happened to bring in a big catch of sea bass that day and had an absolutely extraordinary experience.
It was refreshing to see Matsushima Bay on a route not taken by regular sightseeing boats.

11:30 ~1:30 p.m. Have lunch in the unique dome-shaped tent on the raft.
1:30 p.m. If you wish, we will guide you to Matsushima.
